Christiansburg VA
Montgomery County seat in the New River Valley. Mix of older downtown housing and more recent growth. About 35 miles southwest of Roanoke.
Blacksburg VA
Home of Virginia Tech. Steady renovation demand from homeowners upgrading properties in an active real estate market. About 40 miles from Roanoke.
Bedford VA
Historic town in Bedford County east of Roanoke. Older housing stock including late 19th and early 20th century homes. About 25 miles east.
Daleville VA
Botetourt County community north of Roanoke along I-81. Growing area with a mix of established neighborhoods and newer development.
Primary Service Area
Our primary service area is Roanoke city and Roanoke County. This covers all of Roanoke's historic neighborhoods — Grandin Village, South Roanoke, Wasena, Villa Heights, Gainsboro, Williamson Road, Hollins — as well as Cave Spring, Vinton, and the unincorporated areas of the county.
Extended Service Area
We regularly work in Salem, Daleville, and the Botetourt County communities north of Roanoke. We also serve the New River Valley — Christiansburg and Blacksburg — and Bedford to the east, though projects in these areas may require a travel premium depending on scope.
